Virgo New Moon- You Already Know

3 min read

September 10th is set to be one of the most cosmically loaded days of the entire year. In a single day, four major transits will occur within a 24-hour period of time. The New Moon in Virgo occurs at 18° at 11:27 PM EST and opens a fresh chapter of the healthiest intention. Venus leaves her home sign of Libra and enters Scorpio, taking love into deeper, more intensely transformative territory. Mercury leaves its home sign of Virgo and enters Libra, softening every consideration you have been circling. And most importantly, Uranus stations retrograde in Gemini, breaking open what has been building underneath the surface of your life. This is the kind of day that hands you the life you have been praying for. Trust what finds you. Believe in what begins. Open your entire awareness to a new physiological plan, down to the minute details of the mundane daily routine!

For many of us, the vision may not be new at all. What may be new is the timing and the support around it. This is due in large part to the stellar background influencing aspect of the ongoing Jupiter/Saturn trine. This isn't just archetypal "benefic" astrology. Jupiter expands, while Saturn solidifies. Right now, these two planets are working together through the Fire signs of Leo and Aries, respectively. Something we've wanted to create, build, or pursue for a long time may finally be meeting conditions that allow it to move. An idea that once seemed impractical may suddenly have a workable path. Something we have tried before may deserve another assessment. A desire we have carried for years may now have better timing, greater odds, or we may simply find the courage to begin. An important connection aligns, and we become eager to utilize the more useful information that is now permeating our conscious awareness. The dots have connected, and the clarity comes with a sense of purpose.

Other influencing aspects to consider are the New Moon sextile to Mars in Lady Luna's home sign of Cancer, and a challenging sesquiquadrate from the New Moon to Pluto retrograde in Aquarius. Firstly is Mars, the planet of drive and determination, in Cancer in a supportive connection to the Virgo Moon. Even though the Yang masculine planet of our Ego identity doesn't perform well in the Yin sign of the Mother, this can support moving with emotional maturity, acting on gut instinct, and boldly protecting what you have been working to obtain. As always with the red planet of passion, check those motives first! In addition, the sesquisquare to the evolutionary planet Pluto in the sign of the collective is a dynamic alignment that creates subtle friction, persistent internal tension, and a palpable pull between the energies of the involved planets. Unlike a traditional square that requires reconciliation, the frustration with this 135° angle is the irritation created between the New Moon/Sun house (Virgo) and the Pluto (Aquarius) house. The narrative here feels nagging or restless, forcing a conscious adjustment or integration over time. Don't forget that our Galaxy Star is working congruently with this New Moon to illuminate something that is hidden in the dark. The solutions do not need overanalyzing. No need to dissect a possibility or promising path to the point of analysis paralysis. Easy does it; more will be revealed....
