Total Solar Eclipse in Leo-08/12/26

Do you feel like you are trying to ride a dragon? This is the energetic signature that will play out for the next year and a half. Now that the lunar nodes have moved into the signs of Aquarius and Leo, we are feeling the elemental shift from Earth and Water to Air and Fire. The frequencies are louder, and the energies are starting to move with a quickness. Tomorrow we have the second lunation in this axis; the first was the Aquarius Full Moon on July 29th, and tomorrow we will all collectively experience the Leo New Moon Total Solar Eclipse at 20° of the Fixed Fire sign. This is a south node Eclipse, working with the culmination of the karmic past. The cycles and soul contracts that we realize must no longer continue to compromise our future. Not only is the lunar South node at 29° of Leo, but Mercury and Jupiter are also working with our luminaries in the regal sign at 5° and 9° of the sign respectively.

The archetypal energies of Leo, ruled by the Sun, are those of joy, integrity, creativity, and how we share our gifts and talents with others from the light of our Spirit. The challenge in this Eclipse axis will be to work collectively and in community (Aquarius archetype) without compromising our own inner authority and sovereignty of self. Fear not, the Eclipses in this polarity will serve to remove the barriers that have been blocking our future evolutionary progress and eclipse away what must no longer remain.

The historically fated Eclipses are never a one-and-done; these energies will play out over the next six months, and this axis of these signs will be in effect through March of 2028.
