November- Collective Soul Shift

There will be palpable and profound personal shifts that will ripple out collectively during November. Many inner and outer planets are changing direction and sign, with a plethora of aspects occurring at 29°, the anaretic degree of karmic completion. The majority of major movements this month occur in water signs, with several grand water trines, indicating we are spiritually held in the process of letting go. An old version of a dream is done. Intense new awareness will occur regarding shared resources and sold contracts. Saturn, Lord of karma and Father Time, will strongly echo the themes of completion as he leaves retrograde and begins to move forward in the final sign of Pisces this month. This signifies an end of the duty, mission, dream, or perceived lifetime responsibility. Saturn is preparing to stabilize and secure our new future dreams. This stoic planet is about to serve the rewards or the consequences for our due diligence, or lack thereof. Saturn’s wise lessons, especially in Pisces, show us how far we have truly come and how much we have really been trying. That hard work, coupled with our unimaginable musings, is soon to merge in dense form. We will all feel this timeline shift, and it will play out for decades to come.

As the month begins, the change in vibe becomes quickly palpable as Mars leaves Scorpio and enters Sagittarius on the 4th, following the path of Mercury and continuing their deep dive dance. Mars is literally the planet of action and movement. The day after, the Taurus Full Moon culminates on the 5th at 13° opposite the Scorpio Sun. This is a Super Moon, very close to the Earth and therefore magnifying the Taurus archetypal influences, and as a Taurus native, this is giving deliciousness! Venus is the ruler of this lunation and will be leaving Libra and entering Scorpio on the 6th, just after her Full Moon perfects. There is a stabilizing sense of blessing and abundance with this grounded Full Moon, contingent of course, on our connection to our own soul and source energy. Continuing with the Taurus influence, Uranus retrograde leaves Gemini and re-enters the sign of Taurus on November 7th to help us complete the embodiment of a seven-year process of liberation as it transited the grounded Earth sign. How have we upgraded our values and our sense of security since 2018?

Mercury, the lower octave of Uranus, stations retrograde at 6° of Sagittarius on November 9th for its final retrograde phase of the calendar year. As this messenger God planet of duality moves back into Scorpio, some deep truths and soul-level understanding are about to be revealed. Mercury will conjunct Mars again, with the first conjunction occurring on October 20th at 19° of Scorpio. With the higher heart of truth brought in via Sagittarius energies, it seems that the Mercury retrograde will be directly related to what we must let die, an awareness and acceptance of that organic process, and the freedom to pursue all that the soul yearns for. We must learn to share this process with others. With the Taurus Full Moon, Venus’s ingress into Scorpio, and Uranus moving back into Taurus, there is a signature of a need for shared resources and communal connections. Very apropos as Pluto is beginning to move forward in Aquarius, ushering humanity into a radical New Age.

Jupiter, the luckiest planet in our solar system, will station retrograde on November 11th at 25° of Cancer. This giant Benefic will be retrograde for its entirety in the Moon-ruled sign of the Mother through 3/11/26. Jupiter rules the sign of Sagittarius, the season that will begin by month's end. In this review phase, we will be revisiting and reconsidering what emotional growth, maturity, and freedom can truly feel like. Mercury retrograde will conjunction Mars at 6° of Sagittarius on November 12th, potentially providing an aha moment regarding our next move. The pivot point will reveal itself when Mercury stations direct on the 29th at 20° of Scorpio. We will have a much deeper understanding of what we are willing to physically show up for.

The Scorpio New Moon will occur on the 20th as the Sun and Moon become congruent at 28° of the mystical Water sign. Mercury retrograde at 29° Scorpio is conjunct this New Moon. In the sign of the 8th house ruler, an insight aligns; a path to a turning point is illuminated as our conscious and subconscious become one. Shortly after the new lunar cycle perfects, the Sun ingresses into Sagittarius on the 21st, shifting us from Fixed Water to Mutable Fire. We can potentially move into a new Season with an expanded perspective as we contemplate initiating our future quest.

As aforementioned, Saturn will leave retrograde on the 27th, Mercury will follow suit and station direct on the 29th, and then on November 30th. Venus will leave Scorpio and enter the Sagittarius party scene. With all of November’s scorpionic themes and super-infused water trines, I imagine we will all be ready to lighten up and have a little fun come December.
